Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu International airport, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. Introduction and briefing about the programs based on the itinerary. Welcome you with a Tibetan dinner.

Overnight In Monastery.

Day 02 Kathmandu City Sightseeing, Sightseeing Kathmandu durbar square, the palace of ancient Malla and then shah kings of Nepal. Places of interest here are the Kasthamandap, a medival rest house said to give Kathmandu its name, kumari temple, abode of the virgin goddess, Hanumandhoka a palace of the ancient malla kings and its vicinity. 

Swoyambhunath stupa, simply called a „Monkey Temple, on top of a hill overlooking Kathmandu Valley. 

patan darbar Square  itself famous for its arts and crafts. Tour highlights here are the shikhara -style Krishna temple, Patan Durbar Square with the royal baths, Hiranya Varna Mahavihar, Mahaboudha a Buddhist monastery. From here, transfer to the Tibetan cultural center first founded by Tibetan refugees of the late fifties and now an exhibition cum shopping complex for carpets, jewelry, and many interesting souvenirs. 

Overnight in Monastery 

Day 03 Dhulikhel – Namobuddha, Morning excursion to Namobuddha – Famous Buddhist pilgrimage site associated with a miracle. After lunch in Dhulikhel, drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 04 Kathmandu Pharping Monasteries & Chovar Explore Pharping and various monasteries around. On the way back to Kathmandu from Pharping, visit Chovar, another shrine. The gash in the hills was made by Manjushree to drain out the lake which once covered Kathmandu valley. 

Overnight in Tibetian Hotel.

Day 05 Boudhanath and Kopan MonasteryAfter breakfast, visit Boudhanath. Boudhanath is possibly the largest stupa in the world and center for Tibetan school of Buddhism. Later proceed to Kopan Monastery. Kopan Monastery was founded by Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rimpoche in 1970 as a center of Buddhist Teachings. Meet Senior Lama and orientation on Buddhism at Kopan Monastery. 

Lunch will be served (vegetarian).

Overnight in Tibetian Hotel.

Day 06 Kathmandu – BhairahawaFly to Bhairahawa and a short drive to Lumbini. Tour of the Sacred Garden. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 07 Lumbini tour to Tilaurakot (25kms) to the west, the ancient capital of Kapilvastu, the Kingdom of the Shakya Dynasty in which Lord Buddha was born. Tour of Monastery Zone and the L umbini Village. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 Lumbini - KathmanduFly back to Kathmandu or simply drive overland. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 09 DepartureFree on own until the departure transfer to the airport.
